With the idea of combining the fashion elements of Bottega Veneta and Japanese culture to create friendliness towards Japanese customers, Bottega Veneta has used a lot of materials as well as domestic furniture belong to Japanese culture such as floors made from natural oak displays a linear pattern inspired by Tamo - a rare species of ash tree found in Japan, tenppei - seki, Japanese slate that was historically used during the Edo period and some wooden furniture also made from oak.
