According to Kleindiens, the Signature Edition will have 4 designated bedrooms and variety of rooms that can be used to sleep, meaning the Seahorse can accommodate up to 8 adults and 8 kids.
There would be nearly 600 square feet out of the Seahorse to create space for gardening activities and 900 square feet of living space. One more thing, once your home hit the water, they would get a
breathtaking sight to behold — for marine life alike and humans.
In the clear-blue waters off the Dubai’s coast, lying on an islands’ chain, called The Heart of Europe. They are man-made reconstructions of the real-world European countries, just on a small-size scale — part of an even larger-in-size chain of islands called “The World.”

The underwater part of the house, composed of a master bathroom and bedroom, may cover as many as a 500-square-foot coral garden outside the walls - 270 square feet on the interior.
According to the design-firm Kleindienst Group, the Floating Seahorse that worths $2.8 million is the product of over five thousands hours of research and thirteen thousands hours engineering and design.
These bigger structures would reveal entire smart home automation. The view of the underwater are just as impressive, with marine life would get a comprehensive display in the master bedroom.
Below the surface of the water, there are actually a viewing area, two bedrooms, and fifteen bathroom for the coral garden.
