- Root Chakra:


Sittingg cross-legged, back straight, breathe deeply, focus on chakra.  Imagine that all the power of the earth flows here.  This helps energize the root chakra.  The practitioner can chant the word 'lam'.

- Spine Chakra:

The color of this chakra is orange which is associated with joy.  Relax yourself by breathing deeply and imagining the energy.  

Place your hands together, palms facing up, rest on your thighs and chant 'vam'.

- Navy Chakra:

The color of the chakra is yellow that governs the surrounding organ.  All you have to do is put your hands on your stomach, fingers touching your heads and crossing them.  Hold your finger and chant 'ram'

- Heart Chakra:

This chakra colour is green that represents love, hope and other positivity.  You need to make the thumb and index finger together, then place both ends on the sternum.  Place your left hand on your left knee, right palm facing up.

- Throat Chakra:

The function of this technique is to create and heal wounds.  Meditation mainly focuses on your throat.

- The 3rd Eye Chakra:

The color of this chakra is purple.  The chakra opens your eyes to see another dimension. Its job is to find the truth in the soul.

Crown Chakra:

This is the final technique, this chakra position is on the forehead.  Fold your fingers and point your ring finger out.  Chant ‘om’ while focusing energy in the head.
