Wandering thinking too much can be a form of Anxiety Neurosis. Stop right there before it's too late!

Even though you don't have any reaction or expression on your face, but in mind, there are a dozen thoughts, idle worry and then the more you think, the more problematic, the more you think, the panic you feel.

Are you constantly unable to stop these thoughts:

 - Did I do something wrong?

 - Are the people around you not liking me?

 - I just did something bad, what should I do?

 - Are the words he just said in meaning?

 - Does the boss seem to have a grudge against me?

If you keep stuck in these thoughts, chances are you have been entering a state of prolonged wandering thinking.

Rumination is one of the common traits between Anxiety Neurosis and depression.  Called wandering because these thoughts are simply ponder over a problem with no head or solution ... This causes both Anxiety Neurosis and depression to increase.

So, how to eliminate this lethargy?

1. Stop Anxiety Neurosis by changing viewing angle

If you get stuck in wandering thoughts, you can suddenly go from a very intelligent normal person to zero.

But when you hear the wandering thoughts of others, you can immediately advise them on how to get out.  As if, the intelligence immediately returns, being very wise to analyze the situation and then make the most objective judgment.

Then use this objective thought to deal with yourself and your inner affairs.

If you look at the whole thing from a third perspective, from an outsider's perspective, you will be more objective and not be emotionally affected.

You will find that, in fact, the people around you are basically not too attentive to what you're thinking on your own, because you've unconditionally exaggerated that little thing, at the end together again suppress my feelings.

There are times when you are tormenting yourself.

2. Stop Anxiety Neurosis by distracting attention

Do you remember the pink elephant experiment?

If one person says: Don't think of a pink elephant?  Then, your mind will be filled with the image of a pink elephant, right?

Our brains are very interesting.  The more you want yourself not to think about it, the clearer it will appear.  So the moment you start thinking wildly, the more you immediately have to distract your brain from attention.

The best solution, according to psychologists, is to keep your limbs busy and your mind clear.  When your mind begins to fill with wandering thoughts, do exercise, go for a walk, cook, draw something, even play a game, as long as you don't let yourself fall into that status, you will not lose psychological balance.

3. Stop Anxiety Neurosis by adjusting your emotions

Anything has two sides of it, when we encounter a problem, if viewed from a positive perspective, the result will be completely different.

For example, when your boss criticizes you, immediately your mood will definitely be unhappy, you may feel your boss is prejudiced against you.  In fact, if you change your way of thinking differently, this may be your boss appreciating you, wanting you to change for the better.

Another example, when people around you are deliberately opposed to you, in your heart is definitely very depressed, feeling bad about yourself.  Think in a different direction, maybe because you have something very good, around there are some people jealous of you so you find ways to lower you.

Of course, we should not always be optimistic about our "prank" and delusions of position.  But when something has already happened, no matter how good or bad it is, it cannot change reality.  Then, if only you think in a way that benefits yourself.

Focusing on the positive aspects of your life more, you can also turn unhappy experiences into growth engines.

In short, wandering thinking is a very natural and normal phenomenon, everyone has emotions, feelings, when you encounter a problem, you will inevitably have to think and consider.  As long as you understand that, with things that cannot be changed or do not depend on you, if you keep trying to control it will only adversely affect your mentality and body. Hence every time you are falling into wandering thinking too much. Stop right there before it become an Anxiety Neurosis.
