While the Japanese wellness retreats market ranks fifth in the world, it has witnessed a modest increase in Japanese medical tourism compared to other Asian countries. Japan has unique properties that healthcare travelers crave from traditional hot spring culture to the forest bath there. Health is rewriting the $1.1 trillion beauty market, as natural, non-toxic and sustainable ingredients increase, with consumers looking to prevent repairs and super personalized mode. An important aspect of the healthcare real estate market is that future connected cities will bring the required health to the world's residential and urban areas.
