the company started its activity in Greece in 1998. Before the pandemic, ten venues were operating in the network (9 in Attica and one in Thessaloniki) and now 13 venues are operating (12 in Athens and one in Thessaloniki).
The leader in flexible workspaces, with brands such as Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature, plans to rebuild three new spaces in Athens in 2025, reflecting the growing demand for flexible workspaces from companies and the self-employed. an employee can rent the office even with a few euros for 1-2 hours, but there are also members – customers who pay a monthly amount to have their own office. There is a different cost depending on the center they will visit, “the prices for Kolonaki are different, and others for Kypseli

IWG recognizes that technological advances and the adoption of the hybrid work model, which allows employees to work remotely, and the need for less commuting, are the main factors behind this trend. The expected 30% increase in flexible workspaces by 2030 is indicative of the shift towards a more modern and flexible way of working. IWG offers solutions that cover a wide range of needs, from freelancers to large multinationals, providing offices, video conferencing services, secretarial management support and other benefits, with costs remaining tailored to individual needs.
The company currently serves a global clientele, with the majority of customers coming from multinational companies looking for flexibility in their workplaces. In Greece, IWG has already managed to serve top customers, while demand from smaller businesses and the self-employed is intensifying. IWG’s model, which parallels an “office hotel,” allows businesses to adjust their capacity and needs without taking on the cost and responsibility of renting a traditional office.
