Currently, the company operates 14 offices throughout the country, but this expansion will significantly enhance its market presence.

In Madrid, Sotheby’s has recently inaugurated its new headquarters on Calle Lagasca, situated in the prestigious Barrio de Salamanca. Additionally, a new office in La Moraleja has been opened to cater to the discerning luxury real estate market in the capital. The company has confirmed the imminent opening of a flagship store in Marbella, located in an exclusive two-storey space on the renowned Avenida Bulevar Príncipe Alfonso de Hohenlohe. Furthermore, an office in Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, is set to open soon, reinforcing Sotheby’s dedication to serving the luxury real estate market in this vibrant region.
