Edificio Rostower, the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) helmed by the illustrious Argentine footballer Lionel Messi, has officially commenced trading on the European Portfolio Stock Exchange, boasting a remarkable market capitalization of €223 million. The entity, which operates under the ticker symbol ‘ERTW’, has established a reference share price of €51.40 at the onset of trading.

The asset portfolio of Edificio Rostower is as diverse as it is impressive, encompassing six MiM hotels strategically located in prime destinations such as Andorra, Baqueira, Ibiza, Mallorca, Sitges, and Sotogrande, alongside an additional establishment nestled in the picturesque Aran Valley. Furthermore, the REIT’s holdings include a six-storey edifice in Barcelona, offering a generous 4,000 square meters of office space, retail premises, and parking facilities. Complementing this is a 2,500 square meter warehouse situated in the charming town of Sitges, currently leased to a prominent supermarket chain, as well as a luxurious dining establishment located in Castelldefels.

In addition to these noteworthy assets, Edificio Rostower has strategically acquired several properties featuring parking spaces and opulent residences in sought-after locales such as Sarria-Sant Gervasi, Castelldefels, Cala Tarida, Paris, and London. 

In other developments within the real estate sector, Meit and Cotown Group have forged a partnership aimed at revolutionizing the rental market through digitization. This collaboration enhances Meit’s portfolio, integrating over 1,500 rental units across major urban centers including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, and Bilbao. Meanwhile, Orinoquia Promociones has unveiled its latest luxury project in Chamberí, Madrid. The newly acquired building, located at Calle Bretón de los Herreros 23, will house 12 exquisite residences. Additionally, a Navarrese family office has made headlines with the acquisition of a commercial property in San Sebastián for €1.5 million. This prime location, situated at number 2 Elkano Street, on the corner of Alameda del Boulevard, has been leased to the esteemed Dr. Bloom since April 2023.
