This 7 day super detox diet for ideal weight loss was initiated by German writer Katarina Bachmann.  During the first week, she lost 4.5 kg.  Over the next 3 months, she lost 11kg and finally lost 17kg in total.

 When starting this 7 day super detox diet for ideal weight loss, you need to keep in mind the following 2 points:

- Drink a lot of water

 You should drink a glass of warm water after waking up each day.  You can replace the water with tea but should not drink carbonated water.  If drinking too much water makes you bored, add some lemon juice.

- When you feel hungry, eat gum or chia seeds

 If you feel hungry, eat gum or drink chia seed water.  The way to prepare chia seed juice is very simple: add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to 200ml of warm water, wait for 15 minutes to enjoy.

 During the first day, you will eliminate all of the toxins in the body.  During this day, you will eat whole fruit in 3 meals.  You can eat any type of fruit except bananas.  You should eat a lot of watermelon to purify, detoxify the body for ideal weight loss effectively.

During day 2, you will replenish nutrients and natural oils for your body.  You should eat plenty of vegetables throughout the day.  During breakfast, you should eat potatoes and sweet potatoes.

On day three, the body will start to burn fat and the appetite will increase a lot, so you can eat both fruits and vegetables.  You can eat all kinds of fruits except bananas.

4. Super detox diet for ideal weight loss Day 4: Banana + Vegetable milk + Vegetable soup

 On day four, you can eat bananas for minerals like potassium and magnesium and you can eat up to 8 fruits per day.  In addition, you can also drink almond milk and oatmeal milk to supplement protein for the body.  If you are hungry, you can eat vegetable soup comfortably.

5. Super detox diet for ideal weight loss Day 5: Tomato + beef

 On day 5, eat about 280g of beef to supplement iron and protein for the body.  If you don't like beef, replace it with chicken breast, fish or tofu.  In addition, you should eat 6 tomatoes per day and drink 1 liter more water than usual to prevent uric acid accumulation in the body.

 On this 6th day, you can eat 280g of beef with unlimited vegetables.
