The JPMorgan CEO talks about the characteristics of successful people

“Management is about job completion, tracking, discipline, planning, analysis and reality. It's getting the right people in the right place and getting rid of bureaucracy. But the real key to leadership isn't that simple, ”Dimon told Roth. It's also "respect for people", not "charisma" or "intellectual power," said Dimon.
According to the JPMorgan CEO, these characteristics will help you increase your productivity and with it your success. If you are "selfish" or "always want credit," others will "not want to work" and this will affect efficiency at work.
Dimon also always looks for "leadership" qualities when making new hiring decisions or internal promotions. So every interview or a promotion decision, JPMorgan CEO asks himself a few questions about the candidate, including: "Do I want to work for this person?" Or "Will I? Would i like my children to work for such a person?"
He also looks at whether they are willing to accept responsibility or "how they react when something goes wrong."
In his role as CEO, Dimon says he always tries to turn what he says into action. "No one can say Jamie Dimon is humble but I treat everyone equally and I expect the same," said he.
