This is the rule for all of us, not the exception. After work, we feel inspired, feel safe, grateful are natural human rights.

We are more willing to follow a leader because of emotional attachment, while a manager is obeyed by subordinates because of the formal authority given to them. And as a result, people tend to be more loyal to the leader than to the manager. That is what a successful leader is.
